She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Kotter; her sons, Richard Dale Kotter (Melissa), Christian Kotter (Sarah), David Kotter (Niki) and Charles Kotter (Ann); her siblings, Dee Taylor and Wes Owens (Flo); and her sister-in-law Debbie Owens. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
