He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen L. Neely and Carolyn Sue Neely (Ferguson). He is survived by: his wife Teri Jo Neely (Eaton); his children, Sabrina Dawn Neely (Brandon Prewitt), Jeffrey Owen Neely (Shanna) and Ashley Baker (Josh); his grandchildren, Austin Cruise Stevenson, Landon Kieth Baker, Daniel Owen Neely and Sawyer Brown Neely; his brothers, Marvin Neely (Patricia) and Scott Neely (Janice); and his aunts, Sherry Rushing (Jerry) and Joyce Grantham (Stanley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loftus-McManus Brookport Funeral Home (7742 S US 45 Rd, Brookport, IL 62910). A masonic service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pell Cemetery (6908 Pell Cemetary Ln, Brookport, IL 62910).
Memorials may be made in Wayne's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
