He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Brown and Betty J. Howell Brown. He is survived by: his wife Robin Denny Brown of Brookport, IL; his daughters, Victoria Cox (Thomas) of Knoxville, TN and Andrea Hayes of Knoxville, TN.; and his close friend Brisco.
