It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Horntrop of Brookport, Illinois, born in Maroa, Illinois, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman E. Kennedy and Hazel Irene Kennedy (Bird); her husband Robert W. Horntrop; and her sister-in-law Ruth M. Blanchard. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sandra Cox (Mike) of Statesville, NC, Allison Walker (Michael) of Petersburg, IL, Randy Blanchard (Janet) of Riverton, IL, Shane Blanchard (Sonya) of Lakeland, FL and Herman Lowell Brown.
