She was predeceased by: her parents, Olpha Tolen and Dorothy Crews Tolen; and her husband Charles Leary Douglas. She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Douglas (Elizabeth) of Metropolis, Tod Douglas (Connie) of Brookport, Jimmy Douglas (Johnna) of Brookport and Jake Douglas (Amanda) of Brookport; her grandchildren, Rebecca Douglas Montgomery (Canaan) of Paducah, Matthew Douglas (Rachel) of Metropolis, Jessie Douglas Wieneke (Luke) of Paducah, Dylan Douglas of Brookport, Avery Douglas of Brookport and Jenna Douglas of Brookport; her great grandchildren, Georgia of Metropolis, Cord Douglas of Metropolis and Eli Montgomery; and her sister Brooksey McNeil of Metropolis. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
