He was predeceased by: his parents, Landis Wiley and Freda Wiley (Stone); his daughter Stephanie Wiley; and his siblings, Ruth Varvel, Berniece Wiley, Dorothy Sexton, Pete Wiley, Scottie Wiley, Robert Wiley and Arlen Wiley.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Bush, Shannon Garner (Greg) and Jerry Ray Smith; his grandchildren, Nicole Turner, Awna Garner, Kaitlyn Wiley, Caleb Garner, Jerry Ray Smith II, James Ray Wayne Smith, Jinnie Rae Smith and Jaelynn Rae Smith; his great grandchild Jeralynn Turner; his close friend Peggy Johnston; and his siblings, Judy Tanner, Shirley Tanner, Lula Belle Kickasola, J. L. Wiley and Otis Wiley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
