He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlee White and Annie Bell Williamson White; and his son Glen Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Betty White of Brookport, Illinois; and his children, Timothy Puckett (Cathe), Daniel Puckett (Shirley), Kelly Gustin (Betty), Sean Gustin, Atlee White (Elaine), Rose Davis (Steve), Lisa Timmons and Casey Smith (Mark). He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren; his twenty five great grandchildren; and his five great-great grandchildren.
