She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brannum and Christine Brannum (McCord); her husband Kenneth Phillips; her son Jerrell Phillips; and her siblings, Tommy Brannum, Joyce Dye and Martha Brannum.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Phillips (Beverly) of Metropolis, Bruce Phillips (Yvette) of Oak Ridge, TN and Brandon Phillips (Gwen) of Paducah, KY.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Bremer (Darren), Justin Phillips (Chelsea), Brady Phillips and Brennan Phillips; her great grandchildren, Lane Bremer, Eleanor Bremer, Harper Phillips and Hattie Phillips; her stepgrandchildren, Courtney Cantrell, Drew Mullinax, Piper Mullinax and Riley Mullinax; her sisters-in-law, Barbara Bates (George) and Shirley Vaughn; and her nieces and nephews, David Brannum, Cathy Brannum Hale, Linn Brannum Welch and Elizabeth Dye Martin.
