She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Johnson and Helen Johnson; her brothers, David Wayne Johnson and Warner Lee Johnson; and her former husband Truman Emerson.
She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Ann Kepner (Jim) of Paducah, KY; her granddaughter Whitney Leigh Shankle of Paducah, KY; her sister-in-law Sue Johnson of Ypsilanti, MI; her niece Mary Jane Holder of Mokena, IL; and her nephews, Gary Johnson of Ypsilanti, MI and Mark Johnson of Jackson, MI..
