She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Varvel and Mary Elizabeth Varvel (Robey); her former husband Robert "Bob" Butler; and her brothers, Howard Varvel, Emmet Varvel and Clarence Varvel.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Dale Butler and Barbara Nix (Jimmy); her fiancé Gary Moore; her grandchildren, Bryan Butler and Mallory Wittig (Cord); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Butler, Braxton Butler, Fritz Wittig and Nix Wittig. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
