He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Douglas and Flora Douglas (Neely); and his father-in-law Les Hanak. He is survived by: his wife Ann Douglas; his son Shane Douglas; his grandchildren, Allie Douglas and Braden Douglas; his siblings, Hazel Davis, Nancy Bozsa and Harry Douglas; his nieces, Diane Leonard and Sara Finch; his nephew Joe Bozsa; and his mother-in-law Emma Hanak. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
