It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Henson of Brookport, Illinois, who passed away on September 25, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Henson; her father Clennie Scurlock; her aunts, Elsie and Bobbie Emerson; her uncle Odell Emerson; and her son-in-law Kris McNichols.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn McNichols; her grandchildren, Kaleb McNichols (Morgen) and Kelsey Cromeenes (Andrew); her great grandchild Everlee McNichols; and her siblings, Regina Gurley, Paulette Sweeney, Jerry Sue Reynolds, Mary Jacobs and Terry Emerson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be given in Connie's name to the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary 321 Market Street, Metropolis, IL 62960.
