He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marianne Jay; his children, Matthew Jay (Audrey), Michael Jay (Wanda) and Tiffany Sitter (Ryan); his grandchildren, Joaliz, Yaneliz, Yandiel, Theodore, Elliot, Savannah and Ryan Jr.; and his siblings, Jacqueline Betancourt, Hubert Jay III (Gail) and Barbara Chakmakjian (Robert). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
