She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Kaliterna (Anthony) of Homer Glen, IL.; her grandchildren, Nicolas and Cameron Kaliterna; her siblings, Gert Wallace of St. Petersburg, FL., Bobbie Keen (Burt) of Orlando, FL., Darlene Harris (James) of Jacksonville, FL., Fran Bond (Bob) of Lyons, IL., Pat Rumer (Mike) of Vincent, Sharon Ward (Stanley) of Whitewood, VA. and Junior Jesse Horn of Whitewood, VA.; and also Ted Ziarnek of Indiana.
Sara Horn, age 73, of Brookfield, IL, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, June 13, 2024, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
