He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Feeney (Debby) and Joseph Feeney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Feeney Frank; his mother Jacqueline Frank; his siblings, Douglas Frank (Kim), Janet Leary (Daniel), Chris Muszynski (Greg), Karen Para (Paul), Sandra Frank, Fran Frank (Marco Medina), Joe Frank (Kelli), Bill Frank (Jenner) and Jackie Garcia (Piero); and his siblings-in-law, Norren Platch (Michael), William Feeney (Maren Bocinsky), Anthony Feeney (Kimberly) and Daniel Feeney.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A prayer was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
