She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Volpe and Dorothy Volpe; and her brothers, Robert Volpe (Gail) and Donald Volpe (Mary). She is survived by: her husband David Blankenship; her daughter Jessica Volpe; her siblings, Candy Cash, Janie Machiz (Larry) and Richard Volpe (Mary); her mother-in-law Sandra Blankenship; and her siblings-in-law, Danita Swider (Todd), Dalinda Suits, Jennifer Blankenship, Alicia Vertrees and Adam Blankenship.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home (10501 W Cermak Rd, Westchester, IL 60154). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. She also hosted movie nights at the house for friends and family during Covid.
