She was predeceased by: her husband Rudy F. Chavez, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Rudy Jr. and Michael; her daughter-in-law Maria; her grandchildren, Evita J. Chavez and Xavier Carlin; and her great grandchild Gia Marie.
