He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen Picard; his children, Lauren Sedivy (Robert), Julie Beedle (James), Spencer Picard and Justin Picard; his grandchild Evelina Rose Sedivy; his parents, Patricia Picard and Ronald Picard; his siblings, Lynn Binder (Kevin) and Diane Urhausen (Dave); his parents-in-law, John Babbington and Ann Babbington; and his siblings-in-law, John Babbington (Colleen), Margaret Conroy (Brian), Stephen Babbington, Elizabeth Foster (Jeremy) and Kevin Babbington (Jennifer). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
