He was predeceased by: his sibling Ronald Jirkovsky (late Mona). He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Jirkovsky; his children, John J. Jirkovsky, Jr., Jamie Simigliano (John) and Jessica Krakowski (Michael); his grandchildren, Carolyn, Emmalee, Abby, Grace, Natalie, Jianna, Nicholas and Jackson; his sibling-in-law George Hardwick; and also Schindalga. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
