She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Kernik and Alice Kernik; and her husband John J. Josefik III. She is survived by: her sister Darlene; her children, Michael and Jill (Daniel); her grandchildren, Ryan, Daniel Jr., John, Michael and Nicholas; her nephews, Keith and David; and her niece Deanna.
