He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Kozinski and Walter Kozinski; and his brother John Kozinski (Joanne). He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Oberoi; his siblings, Thomas Kozinski (Diane) and Linda Kozinski; and his nieces, Susan Romano (Anthony) and Jennifer Domina (Josh). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Louise de Marillac Church (1144 Harrison Ave, La Grange Park, IL 60526). A burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
