We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2014, at the age of 102, Horace Arnold Carlsen (Brookfield, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, James Carlsen and Amalia Carlsen; his spouse Jarmila Fisera; his great-nephew Ed Spellman; and his nieces and nephews, Barbara Rapp, James Goodman, Richard Goodman and Jane Hilmer. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be donated to non-profit organizations working to locate.
