She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph S. Lacny; her children, Paul Lacny (Eileen), Patricia Steffens (late David), Christine Blandford (William) and Thomas Lacny (Lynnette); and her brother Leonard Robert "Bob" Hansen (late Ina). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
