He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Koller; his granddaughter Jenna Nicole; and his brother Daniel Koller, Jr. (Carmela). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Ralph Koller (Terri) and Katherine Ann Mrkvicka (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Kayla Brehm (Jon) and Kyle.
