She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Patrick Horgan; her children, Patrick Horgan Jr. (Emily), Pamela Roberts (Jeffrey) and Amy Simler; her grandchildren, Patrick Horgan (Mehnaz), Collin Roberts, Alexandra Horgan, Connor Roberts, Nathaniel Powell, Aidan Simler and Caleb Powell; her great grandchild Damien Horgan; and her siblings, Dr. Frank Trankina and Nina Del Boccio (late Geno). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd. (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 10:30 AM. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
