She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Hodous and Lydia Hodous; her husband Joseph Fernandez; her daughter Michelle Fernandez; and the parents of child, Jerry and Lydia Hodous.
She is survived by: her son Michael Fernandez (Kristin); her sister Margaret Zufan (late Charles); her grandchildren, Mia, Luke and Will Fernandez; her nephews, Robert Zufan (Maureen) and Mark Zufan (Pam); her niece Mary Lynn Kamalsky (Donald); and her friend Janet Erazmus.
