He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine; his sister Deborah Matula Thomas; and his niece Tiffany Freier. He is survived by: his children, Jacob, Corey, Jayson, Caleb and Justin; his father Ronald; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zackery, Bradley, Wesley and Penelope; his uncle Walter Parazaider (JacLynn); his aunt Patricia Bullen (Russell); and also, Ashley Pichman and Karyn.
