He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janina Ponulak; his children, Richard Ponulak (Beverly) and Donna Biernadski (George); his grandchildren, Ricky Ponulak (Angela), Kathryn Ponulak and Nicholas Biernadski; his great grandchildren, RJ, Vinny and Leo Ponulak; and his siblings, Kazimierz Ponulak (Zofia) of Opole, Poland and Krystyna Kliszewska (late Edward).
