He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Silgalis and Auguste Silgalis; and his brother John Silgalis. He is survived by: his wife Zivile; his sons, Alexander V. (Jaime Pirozzi) and Vytenis; his granddaughter Viktorija of Westmont; his siblings, Emil Silgalis (Erika) of Oak Lawn, IL, Olga Connor (Phillip) of Chicago and Erika Gehle (Mike) of Indianapolis; and his sister-in-law Madelon Silgalis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his loving memory may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association.
