He is survived by: his parents, John Mayo and Sara Cunningham Mayo; his wife Brittany Allen Spradling of Brocton; his siblings, Kristina Spradling of Paris, Erica East of Chickasha, Konica Spradling of Paris and Krissy Rollings of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandparents, Emma "Mud" Richey of Charleston and Bill "Bull" Woolard of Charleston, Illinois; his aunts and uncles, Amy, James Calvert of Ashmore, Mary Jo, Ron Waggonar of Mattoon, IL and Sam "Porky" Loretta Cunningham of Mattoon, Illinois; and his nephews, Grayson, Lyle and Liam.
