With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Michelson (Bristol, Illinois), born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on May 7, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Michelson and Elizabeth Michelson (King); his granddaughter Emily Michelson; and his brother Norm Michelson. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine "Lori"; his sons, Dan Michelson (Mary), Gary Michelson (Kelly), Thomas Michelson and Mark Michelson (Jill); and his grandchildren, Brett Michelson (Michole), Kristen Michelson (Schuyler Vogel), Joshua Michelson, Nicolette Spencer (Brad), Thomas Jr., Mark Jr. and Matthew Michelson.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in his honor to St. Paul Lutheran Church and School.
