He is survived by: his wife Paula Dean of Bristol, IL; his children, Gretchen Dean (Eric Fish) of New York City, Rachel Dean (Brandon Robinson) of Oswego, IL and Christopher Dean (Mei) of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Alexander Robart of Greenwood, Ezra Fish of New York City, Arlo Fish of New York City and Leo Dean of Rockford, IL; his siblings, Keith Dean of Enfield, CT, Patricia Prokup of Princeton and Carmilla Yohanna (Mark) of Lincolnwood, IL; and his brother-in-law Robert Muzzarelli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
