He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold T. Malmberg and Emily Malmberg (Moult); and his brothers, David and John. He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Lauren of Elmwood and Scott (Janice) of Elmwood; his grandson Dane (Kendall); his great grandchild Karsyn of Mapleton; and his sisters, Elizabeth Van Seters (John) of Ontario and Eunice Murphy of South Carolina.
