He was predeceased by: his sister Paula Hahn. He is survived by: his children, Chad McCoy of Brimfield, Brandee Seelye (Josh) of Brimfield, Dawn Owens (Charles) of Farmington and Amy Dickerson (late Donnie) of Yates City; his siblings, Steve McCoy, Mike McCoy and Cathy Anderson; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jayson, Damien, Taylor and Dale.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
