She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Gielincki and Helen Gielincki (Fay); her husband Dr. Kevin Paulsen; her daughters, Amy Paulsen (Brett Walker) of Irvine and Amanda Crusen (Andrew) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Kevin, Courtney and Cameran Crusen; and her siblings, Dr. William Gielincki, Jr. (Lisa) of Jacksonville, Florida, Sharon Cahn (Lee) of Haslett, Sue Riley (Patrick) of Cleveland Heights, Dawn Fay of Tampa, Mark and Gary Gielincki.
Memorial contributions may be given to the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home or to St. Philomena's Catholic Church.
