Dungan (Brimfield, Illinois), born in Edwards, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wagner and Julia Wagner (Cox); and her sister Matilda Schultz. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Fred" Dungan; her sons, Charles F. Dungan III (Tina) of Brimfield and Joseph Dungan; her grandchildren, Rachel Fahrner (Chase) of Crofton, MD, Elizabeth Kulik (Matt) of Syracuse, NY and Tabetha Russel (Jacob) of Milan, IL; and her siblings, Bill Wagner (Kay), Dorothy Rusch and Eileen Harding. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
