He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sumner and Evelyn Sumner (Huprich). He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Sumner (Phil Jordan) of East Peoria and Susan Beecher of East Peoria; his stepson Don Klukan of Murray, KY; his brother Frank Sumner (Suzette) of Brimfield; his grandchildren, Douglas Byrne (Amy) and Kimberly Byrne; his stepgrandsons, Daniel Klukan and Dylan Klukan; his nephew Brandon Sumner (Lonna); and his niece Allyson Meyer (Patrick). He is also survived by four great-nieces and two great-nephews.
