She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Broadfield and Ruby Broadfield (Dalton); her granddaughter Lauren Forney; her brother Vernon Broadfield; and her son-in-law Charles Brannan.
She is survived by: her husband James Forney; her children, Jamma Brannan of Kickapoo, Jerri Rhoads (Dennis) of Sheridan, Illinois and Jeffrey Forney (Lily) of Queens Creek, Arizona; and her sisters, Betty Montgomery (Meade), Carol Henry, Peg Brackett and Mariann Forney. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
