He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. LaFollett and Cecile E. LaFollett (Largent); his sister Evelyn J. Stage; his sisters-in-law, Sharon LaFollett and Kathy Driscoll; his nephew Keith LaFollett; and his niece Kimberly LaFollett.

He is survived by: his wife Maria LaFollett of Brimfield; his sons, Wayne LaFollett (Tiffany Wall) of Brimfield and Dale LaFollett (Jennifer) of Brimfield; his grandchildren, Ashlie, Brianna, Bradley, Cassie and Kaylee; his brothers, Lyle J. LaFollett of Brimfield, George E. LaFollett (Christine) of Brimfield and Ronald "Ronnie" LaFollett of Brimfield; and his brother-in-law Ray Driscoll of Peoria.
