He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brian Mullens and Danielle Mullens of Bellevue; his daughter Brooklyn Marie; his significant other Makayla Vicary of Elmwood Illinois; his siblings, Amiee Dillingham (Corey) of Bartonville Illinois, William Mullens (Emmie) of Bellevue Illinois and Trinity Mullens (Gage Tuck) of Bellevue Illinois; his nephew Connor Lutes of Bellevue Illinois; his grandparent Sandie Crowe of Brimfield Illinois; his aunts and uncles, Mike Mullens (Amy) of West Peoria, Tracy Bussell of Chillicothe, Bryan Bussell (Cindy) of Pekin, Cindy Crowe, Deanna Crowe and Tim Crowe; his grandparents, Linda, Dick Bussell and Tim Mullens; his stepgrandfather Dan Crowe; and his friend Jesus. He was also cherished by several cousins, and great aunts and great uncles.
