He is survived by: his wife Linda Dunn; his sons, Jeff Bass (Angie Thomas) of Cuba and Tom Bass (Becki) of North Dakota; and his grandchildren, Tristian Thomas (Jessica Lynch), Alex Thomas (Colin Deakin), Ella, Nate and Sam Bass.
