He was predeceased by: his parents, Oberdon Bartelli and Darlene Bartelli (Rhoades); and his siblings, Gary Dwain Bartelli and Janis Galene Buzzard (Bartelli). He is survived by: his wife Alice Hill of Greenfield, IL; his son Troy Stephen Bartelli (Kimberly Christine) of Arma, KS; his grandchildren, Abby Danielle, Keanna Jordan and Peyton Nicole; his great grandchildren, Kanton Alec Lindsay-Gaikowski, Guinevere Rae Brown and Barron David Andrew Dobbins; and also, Keisha Marie Wheeler (Rex Warren Wheeler II) of Minneapolis, MN., Joshua Shannon, Jocelyn Faith and Rex Warren Wheeler III.
After moving back to Illinois in 1985, he was the Assistant Executive Director of the Beverly Farm Foundation in Godfrey, IL.
