He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard J. Perry and Frances Alice Perry (Hubell); and his siblings, Betty Kollinger, Margarite Hoolihan and Barbara Jean Perry.
He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Ann Tuscany; his children, Dawn Marie Perry and Randy David Perry (Deanne); his grandsons, Benjamin and Nathaniel Perry; his brother Earle Perry (Shirley); and his siblings-in-law, Norma Tuscany and Norman Tuscany (Irene).
