He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Randall, Edna Whitlock, Albert, Dorothy Hagen, Kenny and Dorothy Timpe.
He is survived by: his parents, Albert Hagen and Amber Hagen (Whitlock); his wife Carla Collins; his sons, Tyler Hagen (Christopher McCann) and Trenton Hagen (Megan); and his sister Beverly Wallace (Craig).
Memorial celebration will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 am at Charity Christian Center, 300 Bluebird Ln, Jerseyville, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Charity Christian Center.
