He is survived by: his children, Amy Sullivan (Kirk) of Hawaii and Eric Toner (Liz) of California; his grandchildren, Cassidy and Leah; his siblings, James Toner of Wood River and Judy Cohn of Town; and his sister-in-law Rosalie Toner of Rosewood Heights. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
