She is survived by: her husband David Thomas Sr.; her children, Kim Thomas, Cindy Vandygriff (Dwayne) and David Jr. Thomas (Shannon Kai); her grandchildren, Nick, Jeffery Havlin, Jackson, Katie, Tucker and Sawyer Kai-Thomas; and her siblings, Joyce Ralston and Jim Allen.
