It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Kelley (Brighton, Illinois), born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kelley and Winifred Kelley (Blankenship); and his grandson Caleb Arnett. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Kelley (Chambers); his children, Keith Kelley (Trudi) of Medora, Donald Kelley (Barb) of Brighton, Leann Thornton (Gary) of Medora, Elizabeth Arnett of Medora and Barb Chism (Kevin) of Chesterfield; and his sister Fran Herrin of Wood River. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
