He was predeceased by: his parents, Mier Kugel and Ida Kugel (Hollander); and his siblings, Evelyn Toltz (Charles), Eleanor Rickless and Milton Kugel.
He is survived by: his wife Jennie Kugel (Cooper); his daughter Sandra Forman (Elliot); his grandchildren, Michelle Forman and Daniel Forman; and also, Gail DeBole (James), Samuel Toltz (Christine) and Esther Cohen (Manuel). He is also survived by friends and relatives.
