It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances E. Stucker of Brighton, Illinois, born in Roxana, Illinois, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Arch Fitzgerald; her husbands, David R. Starkey and John Stucker; and her son David A. Starkey. She is survived by: her children, Aleta Johnson (Melvin) of Brighton, Mary Dwyer of Troy and Scott Rustin (Meg) of Troy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
