She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hughes and Anna Hughes (Pool); her husband Floyd Lewis; her children, Barbara "Bobbi" Parrish and Floyd "Jim" Lewis; and her siblings, Richard Hughes, Adeline Eveland, Tomaline Northcut, Edna Jean Roberts, James Hughes (Bud) and Darlene Ruth Burks.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Lewis, Katherine Childress (Mark) of Bethalto and Michael (Hannelore Miller) of Brighton; and her siblings, Thomas "TJ" Hughes (Mary Nell) and Albert "Butch" Hughes. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
Due to current Covid 19 restrictions we request any guests wear a mask, practice social distancing, and avoid physical contact with the family.
Memorials may be made to Cystic Fibrosis or St. Jude's.
